Festive Tree Black Bean Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add everything to a food processor and puree until well combined.
- Pour into an 8×8 baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Let cool completely in the pan.
