I LOVE tea but don’t tend to drink as much of it in the hot summer months. You know – hot weather plus hot drink, not always a match made in heaven. So, I’ve decided to make an effort to make iced versions of my favourite teas and lattes and enjoy my tea time all summer long.
First up, iced chai latte. I love the warm spices of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cardamon and they make the most delicious lattes, but not necessary during the humid July and August days. Add some ice, and your delicious spicy latte become summer approved.
