3 easy and healthy smoothie recipes perfect for summer.
Ingredients
- Tropical Green
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup avocado
- 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
- large handful spinach
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Raspberry Twist
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
- 1/3 cup raspberries
- 1/3 cup frozen mango
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Vanilla Maple Latte
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tso vanilla
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- handful of ice
Instructions
- For each flavour add everything into a high speed blender and puree for a minute.
- Enjoy!
