Summer Smoothies 3 Ways

3 easy and healthy smoothie recipes perfect for summer.
  • Tropical Green
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
  • large handful spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Raspberry Twist
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen mango
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Vanilla Maple Latte
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tso vanilla
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • handful of ice
  1. For each flavour add everything into a high speed blender and puree for a minute.
  2. Enjoy!
